5. The upgraded suite was not available yet, but they put us in another suite just so we could freshen up, and then moved all our luggage and set up the new suite (with lots of comps, such as rollaways, etc).

6. The suite was amazing (even the temporary one was--beautiful, clean, appointed very nicely) and we felt pampered and special with all the little extras: robes, slippers (placed by each child's bedside too), Bulgari toiletries, and luggage in the special walk-in closet.

7. When we arrived at our new, *enormous* suite, large plates were waiting with our children's names in chocolate and cookies for them to snack on, and everything had been turned down and prepped for us.

8. While the service is impecable the rooms do little to awe and dont come close to comparing to Wynn, Palazzo, etc. Even if you arent concerned by the price tag you are better suited staying at other top notch hotels.
