Every interaction was efficient and productive ranging from the reservation agent with whom I confirmed details the day off arrival, to the
concierge
who helped me gain entry to a nearby restaurant/lounge, as well as the wake up call operator tipping me off to the fact that that there was coffee to be had in the lobby prior to our early departure for the Hoover Dam.

Most professional
concierge

Right after checking in, the
concierge
on duty helped us book tickets for Cirque du Soleil's Love and she also gave us tips on what route to take to the Mirage to avoid getting stuck in a traffic jam on the strip.

His name is Leonard and he is the most helpful
concierge
you could hope to meet, even to the extent of playing card tricks to amuse my waiting 12 year old whilst we were waiting to book a show through the desk.
