1. It is nice, the staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible (the Managers, not so much, downright condescending and rude if you dare compare their property to another) for the prices they want to charge, the value is just not there.

When the pool closed early without any advance warning Sung the Pool Manager did her best to compensate us and I did suggest to Matthew the director of rooms that the hotel should adopt a 'cruise policy' and notify all guests of any closures or disruptions that will affect their enjoyment of the hotel`s facilities.

7. The manager took the resort charge off our bill and was very understanding, but we still walked away spending a bunch of money that we would not have, if we knew there would be no heated pool.

8. There was a lovely plate of chocolate covered strawberries placed on the table in the room and a welcome night written personally by the hotel manager.
