1. Before the hotel opened in 1998, the only choice we had for a hotel without a casino in its lobby was the Courtyard by Marriott, certainly a very clean, nice motel for the money, but not a luxury destination.

4. Breakfast is around $80 and well worth the money, the pool area is great, you don't have to lift a finger at all, you even have a chap who cleans your sun glasses, fresh iced fruit on sticks, iced towels, all included You don't open a single door except the door to your room and the mini bar which is like a tesco express I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to a couple or family, what its not for is the larger boys who fancy a laugh, you would be asked to leave the hotel and rightly so, you have the New York New York for that I would recommend Zumanity at New York, that is a show for over 18 only, it was fantastic.

6. At this point I was very unhappy, firstly for being told how I should spend my money (I was able to find better ways to spend that $400 in Vegas!) and secondly that, despite it being after check-in time, the room that we had booked was not available.

7. Anyone with a little bit of research on Trip Advisor and visiting the hotel websites directly can get fantastic value for money in Vegas and be treated like royalty without the nonchalant attitude of the Four Seasons.

9. The manager took the resort charge off our bill and was very understanding, but we still walked away spending a bunch of money that we would not have, if we knew there would be no heated pool.
