5. They do have everything you would expect from a luxury hotel (fabulous bath products, super mattresses, high thread count sheets, bathrobes, etc.) However, the defining factor of this hotel is service.

10. Those L'occidente products are extremely drying -- don't think of that as remotely high end -- give me some good Fresh Rice bath or Bergamot age delay body creams -- then I'd fee like you went the extra country mile.
