1. They recently renovated the rooms which offer a modern ambiance with all amenities you would expect - at decent rates (exception is the ridiculous coffee preparation device that they call 'coffee-machine'!- I am sure they will change it if guests keep complaining) .

6. Pluses: it is a good location on Capitol Hill; the staff was really friendly; the conference rate per night was excellent for the location and they gave us the rate for the rest of the weekend; the room was large (but the bathrooms quite small) and the beds were really comfortable.
