1. They corrected the charge on check out but the refund took over 5 days to be back on my credit card.

3. The night before we left the bill was slipped under our door, and the next morning we could just leave the hotel without having to check out absolutely wonderful customer service and I would recommend the Liaison Capitol Hotel to all Washington DC Tourists.

8. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others, but I also recommend you check your bill before you check out as they add charges for the two, $4.00 bottles of water that are in your room assuminng that you used them.

9. Make sure to check out the Japanese American Memorial which is situated right next to the hotel.
