3. I also confirmed that they had wifi available so I could use the internet, as internet access would be required for me to meet other obligations while I was away.

4. The room was really nice and definitely a step above your average hotel, the staff was very helpful (one guy gave us a password to the wireless internet so that we wouldn`t have to pay, even though we didn`t ask him to do that), and the continental breakfast was well above average.

5. What I got, was a room on the second floor (supposedly a Deluxe King, but mine did not have the sitting area or patio), an empty promise from the check-in clerk that he was going to find me a room on the first floor (didn`t happen), no wifi (and extremely bad help from their provider, amerispot) and empty promises (again) from the clerk that he was going to help resolve it.
