3. To top it off when check out know one was there and when tried to call the person who answered didn't even know were to leave the keys.

4. As we had booked through a third party, we were not eligible for a refund, so when we returned to check out on the last day of our stay, we found that the room had been rerented, despite the fact that we had not checked out.

When I spoke of this in the morning at checkout, front desk guy never looked me in the eye, said 'sorry to hear about that' and when I questioned the price of the hotel for the service NOT received he mumbled under his breath then dismissed me by looking around me and asking if he could check out the next person.
