1. the hotel is in a great location, the bar is open late (waitress service is so so but the bartender service is great, they pour huge glasses of wine).

4. Tom in the ski shop downstairs is great, good advise and service really looked after the ski's and told us the set up around the place, you can ski in but there is a little walk over the road to the hotel.
