1. When we called the front desk to have someone come look at it, they sent someone right away who was very nice, but he informed us that the tv in our room had not been working for the last two weeks.

5. Oddly, a trip to the pool presented the only glitch in our trip (the robe in my closet - that i had never worn - had an old tissue in it and when asked, the front desk forgot to bring a new one out to me at the pool.
