1. Sky started off great because they picked us up in their hotel car (escalade) and set us up.

3. overall good hotel, fairly sure wouldn't stay there again next time we visit though given proportion between price and quality and our experience with the bad room.

4. there are some free wine tastings and always diff things going on at the hotel like fashion shows or other types of parties; we didn't eat at the restaurant but the room service was quick and good.
