1. Parking was $8 a day but they couldn't get us a third floor room like requested so they waved the fee.

4. We checked into taking the shuttle to the park and were very surprised to learn it costs an extra $4.00 a person each way- thankfully we enjoyed the walk so much that I am glad we decided not to spring for the extra fee.

I called the morning of our stay at 7am and asked that rather than paying for parking at Disney ($15) AND the $8/night fee at the hotel if we could park before check in and they let us park shortly thereafter, no prob (3 vehicles) We had a quick breakfast at Tiffy's (food=very mediocre) staff was very friendly.
