1. Tip: if you get in too early to check in, you can drive to Downtown Disney and park 3 hours for free, or 5 hours if you get your ticket validated by a restaurant/shop.

5. I've decided I like staying on this end of the parks more than across the street on Harbor, because a walk through the Grand Californian and Downtown Disney is much more pleasant and magical than a trek through the Harbor mess.

6. Our last 2 stays have been at this property, which is a very short walk to Downtown Disney, almost as convenient as the actual Disney hotels but about 1/3 of the price.

7. Lovely 10 min walk to Downtown Disney (15 to Park entrance), if tired we got the bus back which stopped out the front, but we found walking just as easy.
