1. When we arrived back to our room we encountered a small problem and since we were thinking about staying a second night anyways, the staff was very accommodating and gave us the second night at a great discount because of the problem with ran into.

2. Front desk helped with shopping locations, discount shoe shop around the corner - they come and pick you up and take you to their store (Nike and all brand shoes cheap cheap) and bring you back free of charge.
