3. We didn't have a car the first trip but we took the shuttle and the front desk people were great, helpful and friendly when we were sitting in the lobby waiting for the shuttle to LAX.

4. We weren't impressed with the fact that the roof top pool was closed all week but they did offer to shuttle us to another hotel if we wanted to swim.

5. Do be aware that check in is not until 4pm they like to allow time for a room inspection your shuttle from the airport will take about 50minutes so be sure to book flights that arrive close to this time.

8. It's closer than the parking lot if you decide to park your car at the park's parking garage (not to mention you have wait time for shuttles if you do that)The hotel isn't Marriott or the Hilton or a Kimpton Hotel.
