1. We checked in for a year-end trip to Disneyland, budget prevented us from staying at our 'fav', the Grand Californian ('a treat') and with Xmas bills yet to pay, this turned out to be a very nice alternative, although NOT in the same class.

3. The hotel did give us 2 coupons for Quiznos breakfast sandwiches each day you are there (there are a little bigger then a dollar bill) but at least it was something different.

7. And when I asked what the resort fee was for, the staff person could only respond it appears on every guest's bill.

9. Made reservations through AAA, in Nov, 2008, for reservations from 4/25-5/2, someone in their reservation office billed our credit card for a March stay, said we were a no show, couldn't help us.
