1. Parking fee of $9 is reasonable in this area, but the valet service, which is out-sourced, is not very prompt.
"Great Staff..! My choice hotel at Disneyland. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/18/2012 Vote
2. Wi-Fi is avaible for a fee but the lobby has free internet access & printer for guest use 24 hrs.

3. Cribs are extra so we brought our own, in their book many additional things are extra fees which just seemed a little greedy when other hotels have most of those things complimentary.
"Good Hotel, Minor Issues Wish They'd Fix " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/3/2011 Vote
4. We noticed now the hotel charges $5/day parking plus tax plus a $2/day plus tax resort fee, which is new.
"Nice stay at the Carousel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/2/2009 Vote
5. While the office staff were friendly and the proximity to Disneyland was great, we decided to pay the $75 Early Departure Fee and head for a cleaner and more family friendly hotel.
"Very Disappointed " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/21/2012 Vote
6. I don't think the resort fee is justified because there is no free WIFI or bottle water, but most hotels around this area charge this anyway.

7. We were able to extend our parking for a fee while we explored Disney the second day.

8. At legit boutique hotels, resort fees are to cover the WIFI that you use in the room, or the water bottles that you drink while you are staying there.

9. Upon closer inspection, we found: empty beer cars kicked under the bed (they were poking out from under and caught our eye), hair on the toilet seat, horrible sulfur smell coming out of the sink drain, paper cups for drinking being placed open side down on the bare table NOT on some kind of plate or coaster like any other respectable establishmentComfort (or lack thereof)- beds sag, sheets don't fit the bed so there are parts of bare mattress that are exposed (God only knows what that mattress has seen), heater was broken so we had to call maintenance man to fix it, TV did not work and when we asked them why the TV was not working we were told that this place is privately owned and the owners don't care to fix it (who says that to customers?!and if anything, a smaller establishment should get things fixed faster in order to compete with the big chains eating them up), also should mention that we stayed at the end of March and the maintenance guy said that the TV had been out since December of 2011The kicker- their resort fee.
