1. (i saw this mistake at 3:30am since I was unable to sleep in the uncomfortable basic room bed) Anyway, the day staff was AMAZING when finding out about this huge charge to my debit card that could have ruined our whole vacation.

2. The continental breakfast (included in your room charge) is a true delight for any child as it includes a magical surprise of donuts for the rest of you there is cereal, toast, crasants etc..

8. It's been a week, have not heard from general manager and upon closer inspection with my credit card company, not only have they NOT credited my account back but they are also charging some mysterious charge that I do not recognize.
