4. We had toddlers with us and it was great taking them back for naps and then doing baths before fireworks so they were ready for bed right after we watched from the room.

5. To make matter worst, when I called the housekeeping after a nice warm bath to have a box of tissue paper, i was told to go down to the lobby to collect as there wasn't sufficient staff.

6. When we arrived got our room and it reaked of cigarette smoke, even my 2 year old daughter covered her nose and said `YUCK!' Went back to the front desk and they changed our room, no concern from them about the smell, they were more concerned about the free lunch from Quizno`s that was sitting on the desk, Got our new room and it wasn`t as big as I expected, the pictures are really different then in person, since we are only sleeping and bathing there then that`s not a problem.

7. A grab handle in the bath would be nice as well, especially with grandparents and small children in a potentially slippery bathtub.

8. I am able to give a review for the basic double bed room and a suite with 2 rooms and 2 full baths because of a mishap with them charging to much to our credit card and recieving an upgrade.
