8. I tried to stay upbeat, and we visited the park, which is just steps away, and we never had to use cash, as we used our hotel room key to charge througout the resort, which is a huge plus.

9. I eventually found the wine cellar on the hotel property which GAVE me a corkscrew free of charge.

10. We were told that we would have to order a corkscrew from roomservice and we would have to pay a $2.50 service charge for the delivery even though the 'use' of the corkscrew was free of charge.
