1. The location is very convenient because it is right off of I-40 and just up the road from the hotel is the I-40 and I-25 intersection.

3. Two points: poor soundproofing-we could easily hear room upstairs; although the hotel is described as 'downtown' it is in fact located a good 10 minute drive from downtown Albuquerque.
