4. Couldn`t see much of the surrounding area but it was near the I-40 freeway and not near anything amenable for utilities (restaurants etc.)The hotel: it was OK.

5. We were given a room on the third floor (out of four floors) way in the back next to the freeway off ramp - it was quite noisy - I asked for another room - was given one on the second floor looking out over the roof of the front door - it was littered with debris and a bent up/broken screen.

6. The only set back was a little noise from the freeway nearby, but for all the other benefits this was not a concern for us.
