1. despite the fact that he did not have a handicapped room available for my elderly parent, he went out of his way to accomodate us: assigned the closest room to the lobby/breakfast area and brought certain amenities to the room to make certain that our stay would be comfortable.

3. Couldn`t see much of the surrounding area but it was near the I-40 freeway and not near anything amenable for utilities (restaurants etc.)The hotel: it was OK.
