1. despite the fact that he did not have a handicapped room available for my elderly parent, he went out of his way to accomodate us: assigned the closest room to the lobby/breakfast area and brought certain amenities to the room to make certain that our stay would be comfortable.

2. This hotel was pretty cheap and right off I-80 but I was not comfortable there - it's in an industrial area north of downtown - there were very few customers there and the lobby and all halls were quite smokey.
