4. Staff was very friendly; parking free; also has a wonderful spa for facials, manicures etc. The indoor pool is good sized, and one afternoon, my son was the only one using it, although the hotel was quite busy.

8. I normally don't mind this, but I was under the impression that this was supposed to be more of a spa/romantic getaway and less of a bargain hotel for large groups, so I was disappointed in that.
