The
concierge
, Cody, was extrordinarily knowledgable and helpful, surpassing what I've seen at high end urban business hotels, or at European hotels.

concierge
to front desk staff & according to one of the waitstaff in the morning, the hotel was only 1/8th full during our stay.

The staff were very friendly and they appeared to be cross-trained; if Front Desk staff were occupied with several guests, a bellman or
concierge
attempted to answer any questions we had-always to our satisfaction.

The
concierge
on duty told us about a special exhibit at the art museum and gave us easy to follow directions.
