3. First off, the staff is friendly and this hotel is in a great location if you want to visit the Golden Gate Park via public transportation (there a bus stop for the #5 right next to the hotel).

5. 5 stars)Pros: Has that 'new hotel' smell (paint on walls of the lobby still wet), super helpful front desk staff (upon arrival staff was heard saying 'I'll tell you where you can go, mister!', incredible workout facility (the elevator was out of order, and we had to use the stairs.
