2. 5 stars)Pros: Has that 'new hotel' smell (paint on walls of the lobby still wet), super helpful front desk staff (upon arrival staff was heard saying 'I'll tell you where you can go, mister!', incredible workout facility (the elevator was out of order, and we had to use the stairs.

Unless you want to experience the following:-Bathe with ROACHES in a dirty/dingy tub (with a broken faucet)-Walk into an empty hotel that has no valet or parking for that matter-Sleep on a 'queen' bed upheld by 2 twin size box springs-A room with no working lamps and/or outlets (to charge a cell, etc)-NO room phone for front desk service-A room penetrated with smelly/sweaty human kind of odor-NO cable-Barely functional furnitureOh yea, and you might just get an offer to change rooms--to something a little worse.
