Got a discounted rate for our total stay which was nice, but for the original $ 89.00 plus tax we expected a cleaner and quieter room to be sure, and also to be told if some of the services that were advertised on the website were not availableOverall hotel staff were nice but they need to really clean place up so things like cleaning and reusing the plastic cups in the rooms does not happen .

9. Don`t look for Hyatt and Hilton type service or amenities here, but if you don`t need that nor to be in the center of the tourist scene, then this is a good place to stay.

10. As we were moving on anyway and the owner assured me she would look after the situation I was not too worried but weeks later on arriving home and my phone calls at this stage being ignored it seemed 'outta sight outta mind' attitude for The Metro with regard to customer service.
