6. And it`s lovely to be within walking distance of the Castro, the Duboce Triangle, the Haight, and Cole Valley, and on direct bus and streetcar lines to downtown, the Mission, the Sunset and Richmond districts, the Ocean, the Filmore, and Noe Valley.
"Just Like Home -- Because It Is! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/26/2008 Vote
7. It`s just about a 20 minute bus ride to downtown SF and the buses run often, so getting around was easy, get a multi-day MUNI passport for unlimited riding on the buses, streetcars and cable cars.

8. When I come to SF, i don't like to stay in the Union Square/Downtown area, I just don't like the area and it's way to close to the dumpy Tenderloin.
