1. Every convenience you may need is within walking distance; market, pharmacy, cleaners, flower shop, bakery,deli, and bus stop if you don't want to drive downtown.

4. We requested early arrival, and although our room was not ready when we checked in, we were able to park our car in the designated area, walk down a couple of blocks to Mel's Diner (which we totally recommend) for lunch and by the time we were done, our room was ready and clean.
