1. It`s just a few blocks away from the Marina which me and my husband love, especially with our dogs (there are walking/running paths, a dog beach and spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge).

2. The location is close to many really good restaurants along Chestnut Street, and it`s an easy (and safe) walk down to the bay, where one finds the well-known Greens restaurant with its great view of the Golden Gate.

Not the way I wanted to start my day!the Good:-Room was clean with a nice bathroom-Individual garages included to park your car-Good location, easy walking distance to all the restaurants/shops on Chestnut-Free WIFIThe Bad:-Small rooms-Courtyard rooms have NO privacy and you might get a view of something you don't want to see.

5. It is also a quick drive to the Presidio, Golden Gate Bridge, and an interesting underneath view of the Golden Gate from a easy hike down to Fort Point below the visitor center.

For that price, staying in this very agreable part of the city is just perfect : free parking to put the car (greatly useful in San Francisco), between Marina and Cow Hollow neighborhoods, 10 minutes from the bay view and the walking path to the Golden Gate Bridge (20 mins by walk or 3 mins by bus), 20 minutes by bus to Union Square, walking distance to Fort Mason, The Presidio, The Palace of fine arts or Union St.
