1. We requested early arrival, and although our room was not ready when we checked in, we were able to park our car in the designated area, walk down a couple of blocks to Mel's Diner (which we totally recommend) for lunch and by the time we were done, our room was ready and clean.

2. The rates at the property include your parking; two-for-one breakfast/lunch coupons at a nearby cafe; and the accomodations themselves -- at a more than reasonable price -- which can vary slightly seasonably.
