1. And yes rooms have air condition; there is free wireless and a computer w/ printer at the lobby ; parking on street isn't to bad and no smell .

2. - great hotel for the price- good location - 1,5 km away from the center - walking distance to the shopping area, and the Pier, seems to be a relatively safe area - Old rooms but very clean- Huge bathrooms- Very nice staff- Flexible and accomodating - wanted to cut my trip short without any problems and storno costs- free wireless lan.
