3. SO, in the end, we are still at war with the hotel to try to get back OUR money, even though THEY made the mistake of a) charging us twice for the room and b) refunding a closed bank account with no authorization.

8. Since i use to work for hilton, I have to say that The Hotel Majestic is a great hotel to stay at if your looking for something a little different with old time class, and they really made us not regret the money we spent there.

9. So, we call back the hotel, tell them this, and they said that the money was withdrawn from their account, so until they get that money back they will NOT refund the correct card.
