1. I wouldn't bother ordering breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of cafe's on Sutter Street within a 10 min walk from the hotel that offer great breakfasts for the same price or less so take a wander.

9. No breakfast,no coffee making equipment, (I always have mt own little cup immersion heater anyway) no breakfast,so be warned, but a great comfy olde worlde room.
