1. The beds have always been comfortable and, except for the street noise, have lent themselves to some lovely romance and sweet dreams.

3. I wouldn't bother ordering breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of cafe's on Sutter Street within a 10 min walk from the hotel that offer great breakfasts for the same price or less so take a wander.

4. And yes rooms have air condition; there is free wireless and a computer w/ printer at the lobby ; parking on street isn't to bad and no smell .

9. There is valet parking and cars are parked in an enclosed garage which is easily accessible and across the street.
