1. We didn't find any restaurants close to the hotel so we opted one night to walk to Ghirardelli Square and ate at 'McCormick and Schmicks' in the bar area where they had happy hour food.

2. There is a bar and a resturaunts across the road and a laundrette next door, but to get better choice you'll need to go into town centre or Fishermans Wharf.

3. On our 2nd night we walked in the other direction and found a fantastic bar-restaurant on Union Street which was only about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

5. the hotels ok just a bit remote from the piers about a twenty min walk but all up hill coming back,there,s no bar so my wife and i got some wine to take back to the room,your limited for places to eat around the hotel,rooms are clean/comfy.

6. The very best thing about this hotel was the location; as has been previously noted, it's just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and all the shops, restaurants and bars there.
