1. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and prompt, room was always made up on time, good in-suite dining options from local restaurants.

We are using this hotel for the second time and always take the suite with kitchnette which are big and very nicely equipped - staff is very profesional and helpful with all requests - very clean rooms - you will have access to a lounge downstairs with free coffee and wifi is free also in the rooms - central access to trams, metros, embarcadero and nice restaurants close to chinatown - we stronly recommend it .

10. We did stay for 2 nights in a smaller room and then 2 nights upgraded for a $25.00 fee for a 2 room suite, so the last 2 nights may have colored our rosy view of the place.
