1. Bottom line - I enjoy the chain; the San Francisco property was in a great location, fairly priced (more than actually); has a great restaurant attached (Elephant & Castle - lunch and dinner are really good - their breakfasts?eh.

2. It is also only a few blocks from the Ferry Building which is so pretty and has a great farmers market on Saturday's (I think that they also have it on Tuesday's)At night we had dinner in North Beach and it was really nice and easy to walk back to the hotel.

5. The main meal in the financial district is lunch, so if you want breakfast or dinner, your choices are limited without going for at least a 20 minute walk in any direction.
