2. Since my airline pays for my room, I cannot honestly account for the value, but generally the Club Quarters concept is to provide a clean (though small) room in a good downtown location for a good price with no nickel and dimeing you for amenities you need (WiFi, water, etc).

5. It's always very clean, internet always works, has a nice little gym in the basement and the location is great for business meetings downtown as well as for meals/social engagements at the Ferry Building, downtown or North Beach.

7. My one caution is that the area, like many major city downtowns, it is fairly empty at night and that may bother some people but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
