1. The location is great right in the Financial District which is a short walk to Chinatown, North Beach and the Embarcadero.

4. My stay was as follows:Pros: Location, cleanliness and maintenance of both rooms and common areas, friendly and efficient staff, room service availabilityCons: The smallest room I have ever had (and I usually book the smallest inside cabin on a cruise ship if that is any indication of how little space I require), paper thin walls, showers only, frustrating self check-in kiosk (which appears to be mandatory), bedding so inexpensive it will barely stay on the bedIn short, on my next trip I will be reverting back to securing a 4* hotel room in the Embarcadero/Financial District area via Hotwire or Priceline.
