1. No real 'issues' - just a rather gloomy entrance, rooms with a peeling tub (seriously Marriott?), and EXPENSIVE room service.

3. They summoned the restaurant manager to ask, who bluntly said that 'The event has been happening so long now (101 years) that we don't do anything for it' He went on when pressed to say I could order room service or if I asked the front desk staff in the morning for something, they could help.
