From the friendly front desk clerks (the men just need to smile more), to the AWESOME bartender (never got his name but he was terrific), to the funny concierge personnel (always laughing with a nice story of places to go), to the great housekeeper who even took the time to fluff our doggies bed and she cleaned the room spotless too, to the evening manager who assisted with some minor rate issues, ALL of the personnel were great.

3. They summoned the restaurant manager to ask, who bluntly said that 'The event has been happening so long now (101 years) that we don't do anything for it' He went on when pressed to say I could order room service or if I asked the front desk staff in the morning for something, they could help.

4. By the way I am an infectious diseases doc and I didnt appreciate the manager doubting my diagnosis, I probably can manage a hotel better that they can play doctor.

5. The manager, Adam, did intercede and gave me a break on the deposit, he only charged me half of what they asked for but I will never stay there again.
