1. From the friendly front desk clerks (the men just need to smile more), to the AWESOME bartender (never got his name but he was terrific), to the funny concierge personnel (always laughing with a nice story of places to go), to the great housekeeper who even took the time to fluff our doggies bed and she cleaned the room spotless too, to the evening manager who assisted with some minor rate issues, ALL of the personnel were great.
