3. When we got to our room it looked very nice and clean, I started to inspect the room ( This a Marriott Hotel should be clean right) sorry I inspected the room because that's what I do for a living work in housekeeping for a Motel.

6. Although we had to call housekeeping for extra robes and towels (only enough for ONE was in room at checkin) and a rollaway bed (2Queen not available at checkin, so we got a king + rollaway) - service was friendly.

9. On the second night my daughter left a Tiffanys neckace in bathroom on returning she found it missing when we called the front desk they abruptly transfered me to housekeeping who replied they knew nothing about it.
