5. Regarding security, again, the area has high foot traffic of ALL sorts: tourists, businesspeople, students, bums, etc., but I personally didn't feel endangered while walking in the neighborhood.

6. After surveying the neighborhood on foot I'd have probably stayed somewhere else and saved a few bucks, but if you're just in town for a night or two it just might be worth it to book your stay here.

10. Only suggestion is to bring earplugs since the neighborhood can be noisy at night - small price to pay for the location.
