5. The location is premium, sitting right at the gates of Chinatown, in the middle of great shopping, and close to transit (I did lots of sightseeing), but I was most impressed by how I was treated by the staff at Triton.

7. An easy walk to Chinatown and Union Square, the Triton feels authentic, not like a chain (but has Kimpton consistency) and the staff was attentive and competent.
