1. when i finally checked out i explained to the young lady that i had talked to the manager and he was supposed to do something for the inconvinience of the 2 am moving of rooms she said he didnt leave any notes and demanded that i pay for my tab from the night before no remorse no research no even looking to see that i switched rooms just give me my money.

2. I felt like i was duped out of my money and probably will skip staying at any further sheraton properties moving forward due to the lack of focus and customer service provided at this particular location.
